Abstract
In this paper, a new approach for controller designing of robust output feedback model reference adaptive control with a function of tracking error for a class of continuous linear systems with multiple uncertain time varying state delays is introduced. Proposed controller is not only robust versus of multiple uncertain time delays and external disturbance with uncertain bound but also improve performance of transient and steady state of closed loop system. The stability of closed loop system and error convergence is shown with an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii function. Simulation results show good performance of proposed controller.

Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the design method for interval type-2 (IT2) T-S fuzzy controller based on IT2 T-S fuzzy observer for nonlinear systems along with uncertainty parameters. In order to analyze the stability and synthesis the control methods conveniently, an IT2 (T–S) fuzzy model is applied through representing the dynamic of nonlinear systems and dynamic of observer. Uncertainty parameters are captured by IT2 membership function characterized by the lower and upper membership functions. In this paper, for IT2 fuzzy controller, the membership functions and number of rules can be freely chosen different from the IT2 T–S fuzzy model and IT2 T-S fuzzy observer. This method is known non- Parallel Distributed Compensation. To reduce the conservativeness of stability analysis, a fuzzy Lyapunov function candidate is applied. The stability conditions in term of linear matrix inequlities (LMIs) are obtained.

Abstract
Conventional Off-Line (50-60Hz) light emitting diode (LED) drivers usually need an electrolytic capacitor to reduce power imbalance between ac input and dc output, and to decrease the low-frequency component of the output ripple. However, electrolytic capacitor is the key component which limits the lifespan of LED driver. If a driver uses a pulsating output current, the electrolytic capacitor can be omitted. This paper proposes a high power factor LED driver with high frequency pulsating driving current, in which electrolytic capacitor has omitted from the topology. The driver has two outputs that allow the number of driving LEDs to increase, an LED string will be connected to each output and a single switch is used in series with each LED string, thus the number of switches is equal to the number of outputs. Output and Storage capacitor voltages are sensed and used to implement the control method to regulate the output current. Low cost and high efficiency can be obtained due to the power structure and the proposed control method. Simulations, calculations and experimental results are provided for the proposed circuit.

Abstract
The high power passing through transmission systems and the high costs due to the fault occurrence in these lines have encouraged researchers to pay special attention to protection issues in this area. The limitations and deficiencies of traditional protection methods and their strong dependencies on the system operating conditions doubles the importance of early fault detection and its prediction utilizing new techniques. Timely detection and warning issuance toward the possibility of fault occurrence can be accomplished by analyzing the data and information obtained from the system and examining the relationships between different parameters. In this paper, machine learning methods are used, which have the ability to predict the occurrence of faults with appropriate accuracy independent of the operating area of the system. To evaluate the performance of the models, a large amount of data has been generated in various operating conditions and applied as input to the algorithms under study. Also, the effects of different weather conditions as one of the important factors have been considered. For the sake of greater generality, accuracy check, and comparability of the results, three methods including KNN, SVM, and decision tree in two modes (unbalanced and balanced data in the existing classes) have been used, and the outcomes have been presented. The simulations and modeling presented in this paper have been implemented using Python and MATLAB.
